Treatment Approach
I provide comprehensive care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.

During our initial appointment, we’ll take the time to explore your current concerns, how and when they began, and how they’re affecting your daily life. We’ll also review your medical and mental health history to ensure a thorough understanding of your experience. By accurately identifying your symptoms and their underlying causes, we can develop a more effective treatment plan. I work with clients across the lifespan—from age 6 through older adulthood. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to offer thoughtful, evidence-based treatment tailored to your unique needs at every stage of life.
Medication Management
Psychiatric medication management is a thoughtful and collaborative process focused on finding the right treatment to support your mental health and overall well-being. After a careful review of your symptoms and history, we'll determine whether medication or supplements could be a helpful part of your care. My goal is to offer evidence-based recommendations while creating a space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. We’ll monitor how you’re responding to medication, adjust as needed, and always make decisions together—at your pace and with your input. Whether you’re exploring medications for the first time or looking to fine-tune your current treatment, I’m here to support you with care that is informed, compassionate, and respectful of your unique experience.

Supportive Therapy
While my focus is on medication management, I also incorporate supportive interventions to help you feel understood, grounded, and emotionally supported as you navigate life’s challenges. In our sessions, we’ll work together to strengthen coping skills, build self-esteem, and process difficult thoughts or emotions in a safe and nonjudgmental space. My role is to walk alongside you—offering perspective, encouragement, and practical strategies—while respecting your pace and individual goals. These therapeutic interventions can be especially helpful during times of stress, change, or emotional overwhelm.
